Valentine's Day came and went, soon Chinese New Year will end too, practically, today is the last day. In a tradition, on the last day of Chinese New Year which last for 15 days, a single guy, or girl, mostly deseprate would go to the sea, river, or if they are very desperate, the drain, to throw mandarins(girls) and for now, new versions, guys come into the fun, throwing apples! But olden days, the girls will throw the left over mandarins and the guys would receive them. Anyway, I'm not that desperate! NO DESPERADO! Its happening in Gurney Drive as I speak, don't believe me, read tomorrows news paper, if it is not on the first page news, then it will be behind all the pages on the national election!
I did have a Valentine's Special broadcast where I chatted on the different kinds of love, such as: love that fades, love that hurts, handicap love, puppy love, fairy tale love, lost love and so many more. And had different songs to reflect the meaning of those kinds of love. And to my surprise the welcoming was spectacular!
Anyway, soon after Valentine's, I had my friends over for a little gathering... Nothing more, and dammit, I totally lost, gambling with them, a few bucks this year! But the gathering-cum-party was indeed a nice one. Its just great having friends around...
Ok, lets see what else to talk about..
I know, the unfortunate events happening in school!
This week, a sad week for my school, not really, but then a series of unfortunate events have been happening. Two days ago, a student felt from the roof of the school, but didnt die. The things is how did he ended up there. Ok this is how the drama is. It was after school, and this lad, my age went to the restricted area which leads to the school roof, so there he stood, 4 storeys high! But then he stepped on a bad floorboard and crash into the pipeline of the airconditioning in the staffroom, and then continue to fall through the fiberboard ceiling of the stuffroom and hit the ground and now appear on the 3rd floor. I can tell it was a more than 15 metre fall, loads of things broke! Dented stuff etc.
And he was sent to hospital, the next day, the staffroom was filled with people looking at the aftermath of this once in a life time scene! When the schools ask him what was he doing up there, he had an answer, a simple one. "I don't know"
When asked again, he said he was finding his keys, I don't know about you, is it just a case of lame excuses. Or was he really finding his keys, if so he should add in that a bird took his keys and placed it there. But hell no, there was no other explanation. There has been "theories" that the boy got voodoo-ed, he wasnt a bad kid, never in a dicipline case, but this was serious, damaging school property, traspassing which also nearly cost him his life.
soo much for that... freaky... thank god nothing ugly happened!
another case is about a student, someone threw the marker pen across the room when he suddenly turned his head and the marker hit his glasses and smashed it! And the glass went into his eye. Now hospitalise, and with no answer if he is blind on one side yet, because he's currently wearing patch and cant identify if he is blind or not.. his parents didnt want to tell him...
hope this rounds up most of the things..
oh yea,
The athletics competion has just started and I already bagged to gold today, my last year for honours in this scene, so hopefully I make the best of it! Its going to be a crazy week as more and more honours are up for grabs...
And I've been addicted to this Heroes game in my handphone, it rocks
hahaha..
